1. PURPOSE

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website shopsadje.com. Any access to the site implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

The site is accessible 24/7, except for maintenance interruptions or force majeure events. The SADJÉ store cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to external causes.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) for customers in the eurozone. For European Union customers outside the eurozone (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark…), prices may be displayed in their local currency. For customers outside the EU, prices may be displayed in local currency and customs duties or import taxes may apply, exclusively at their expense. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofort, iDEAL, EPS Payments, Bancontact.

4. DELIVERY AND RISK TRANSFER

Delivery conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the parcel.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order.

As a commercial gesture, the Sadjé store offers an extended deadline of 45 to 60 calendar days depending on the destination (see Return Policy). This commercial gesture complements but does not replace the customer's legal rights.

To exercise this right, the customer contacts customer service by email at contact@shopsadje.com before the applicable deadline expires.

6. LEGAL GUARANTEES

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable French and European law.

7. PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

8. COOKIES

The site uses cookies for navigation, analytics and marketing purposes. Users may configure their browser to refuse cookies, which may affect certain site features.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site texts, logos and graphics are the exclusive property of Les Fans de Winona and are protected by intellectual property law. Product images are provided under licence by our logistics partners (CJ Dropshipping) and remain the property of their respective authors. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

The SADJÉ store cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or inability to access it. Information on the site is provided for informational purposes and may be modified without notice.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
