🔄 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The SADJÉ store, operated by the sole proprietorship Les Fans de Winona, is committed to offering its customers clear and transparent return and refund conditions.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS
In accordance with European regulations, customers benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order.
As a commercial gesture, the SADJÉ store offers an extended deadline depending on the destination zone:
- 45 calendar days: France, European Union, International Zone A and B, Middle East (excluding Lebanon and Iraq)
- 60 calendar days: destinations marked with an asterisk in the Shipping Policy (Lebanon, Iraq, Brazil, Argentina, West/East/Central/Southern Africa, Turkey, Russia, Venezuela, French Overseas Territories, extended Asia, rest of Central America), due to local logistical or customs constraints.
Returns must concern unused products, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents provided.
2. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt if the product is damaged, missing or non-conforming:

Customer service will provide you with a return authorisation number and the address of the appropriate return centre. Ship the product with a tracking number to ensure parcel traceability.
3. RETURN COSTS
Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error by the store (damaged product, incorrect item, missing parcel).
For international returns, it is recommended to use a tracked and insured postal service.
⚠️ For destinations with complex customs procedures (Brazil, Argentina, Lebanon, Iraq), customs fees related to the return are exclusively at the customer's expense.
4. REFUND
Once the parcel is received and verified, the refund is processed within 10 business days depending on the original payment method.
If the contractual delivery deadline is exceeded (see section 3 of the Shipping Policy), the customer may request a full refund even if the parcel is in transit, without having to return the product:

5. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Products whose packaging or accessories have been damaged by the customer
- Opened or used products
6. LIABILITY
The SADJÉ store cannot be held responsible for delays or losses during the return if the parcel is not properly tracked or insured.
