📦 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

The SADJÉ store, operated by the sole proprietorship Les Fans de Winona, is committed to full transparency regarding its international shipping and delivery terms.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Each order is processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. An individual tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch.

👉 Items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability and logistics centre of origin — each parcel has its own tracking number.

⚠️ Exceptional periods: during certain international logistics periods (particularly at the beginning of the year), processing time may be extended to 10 to 15 business days.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are shipped from logistics warehouses located primarily in Asia. Delivery times are expressed in calendar days and are average estimates outside peak demand periods.

* Extended delay: local customs procedures may significantly lengthen delivery times. The extended contractual deadline of 60 days applies (see section 3).

3. CONTRACTUAL DEADLINE

General contractual deadline: 45 calendar days from order confirmation, applicable to all destinations except those marked with an asterisk.

Extended contractual deadline: 60 calendar days for destinations marked with an asterisk (Lebanon, Iraq, Brazil, Argentina, West/East/Central/Southern Africa, Turkey, Russia, Venezuela…), due to local customs constraints.

👉 By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read the delivery times applicable to their destination and accepts the corresponding contractual deadline.

If the applicable contractual deadline is exceeded, the customer may request a full refund without returning the parcel:

4. PEAK DEMAND PERIODS

  • Chinese New Year (January/February): +10 to 15 days on processing
  • Chinese National Holiday (1–7 October): +3 to 7 days
  • Black Friday / Christmas (November–December): +7 to 14 days

👉 We recommend placing orders in advance during these periods.

5. SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES

🚚 Standard shipping: free on all orders
🇪🇺 European Union: VAT included — no tax upon delivery
🌍 Middle East: possible customs duties at the customer's expense (generally 5% VAT in Gulf countries)
🌎 Latin America: customs duties and taxes vary by country, exclusively at the customer's expense (particularly in Brazil and Argentina)
🌍 Rest of the world: possible customs duties or import taxes exclusively at the customer's expense

6. TRACKING AND RECEIPT

📬 Orders may be delivered in several parcels depending on availability and warehouse of origin

⚠️ For Lebanon and Iraq, tracking may be partial or stop upon entry into the territory.

Problem upon receipt? Any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing item, error) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery:

7. LIABILITY

The Sadjé store cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to:

  • carriers and postal services
  • customs services of the destination country
  • exceptional circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, health restrictions, etc.)

These situations do not affect the customer's right to a refund in the event of the applicable contractual deadline being exceeded.
